I am a very easy person as long as your not to pushy or rude. I absolutely feel it very rude and disrespectful to ask or try to discuss anyone's employment status or there personal finances when just meeting them. Even after u know them you should still not. When they are ready they will offer that information on there own if it is relevant to do so!!!
